After placing an order You will receive e-mail confirmation with Your order number. Our system allows for orders tracking, so each customer is continuously informed by e-mail about each change of their order status. You may also observe it after logging in to Your account and selecting “Orders History” option.

Paczkomaty 24/7 is a system of post boxes, similar to the ATMs, which allow for receiving the package at any time, convenient for the customer, 24/7. After placing an order and sending the package to the package receiving device you will receive SMS information and e-mail with access code. Local delivery in Poznań

When the delivery takes place in Poznań, Your order may be delivered even in the same day! To use this option place an order up to 12 p.m. (working days). Delivery in the same day is possible only when an order may be completed (all products are available). Local deliveries are realized between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
