REGULATIONS FOR ONLINE SHOPPING AT THE WEBSITE www.herbastudio.pl
- Herba Studio Mścisz and Partners General Partnership sells its products via an online pharmacy in the service www.zdrowoteka.pl, owned by Sanoll Ltd. Company with a seat in Poznań 61-664, ul. Starowiejska 1B/7.
- Orders are accepted at www.herbastudio.pl, and carried out by the service www.zdrowoteka.pl.
- Products sold at www.herbastudio.pl come exclusively from legal and original sources admitted in the country.
- All prices presented at www.herbastudio.pl include VAT tax, are in Polish zlotys and are binding at the time of order submission.
- All names of products and brands, trademarks used within the service, are property of the Herba Studio Mścisz and Partners General Partnership and are presented for informational and trade purposes. Product descriptions and photos are provided by their Producer. Product package photos may in certain cases differ from the actual packaging due to changes introduced by the Producer.
- Read the leaflet included in the package or consult a doctor or pharmacist before using any purchased medicinal products.
- Certain products may be covered by a special offer. During the special offer, promotional product prices will apply. The customer will find information on special offers on www.zdrowoteka.pl and at www.herbastudio.pl.
- Depending on the customer’s choice, the service www.zdrowoteka.pl will issue a cash register receipt or VAT invoice as product sale confirmation.
- In accordance with the online pharmacy regulations available at http://www.zdrowoteka.pl/f,pl,terms.html and below, the service www.zdrowoteka.pl is responsible for all matters associated with the submission of orders, their execution and delivery times.
Online Pharmacy Regulations
The online pharmacy www.zdrowoteka.pl is owned by the Sonol Ltd. Company with a seat in Poznań, ul. Starowiejska 1B/7 61-664, identified by the Tax ID NIP 8522342057 and REGON 812370607, entered into the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000038867.
Shopping Regulations
- Zdrowoteka.pl carries out sales via the Internet. Orders are accepted via the zdrowoteka.pl website and by telephone.
- Products sold at zdrowoteka.pl come exclusively from legal and original sources admitted in the country, that is pharmaceutical companies located in Poland.
- All prices presented at zdrowoteka.pl include VAT tax, are in Polish zlotys and are binding at the time of order submission.
- All product and brand names, as well as trademarks used in the service are property of original and legal pharmaceutical companies and are presented for informational and trade purposes. Product descriptions and photos are provided by their respective producers or were created by the zdrowoteka.pl team.
- Please read the information leaflet included in the package or consult a doctor or pharmacist before using any of the products. Zdrowoteka.pl does not take responsibility for the effects of improper product use with disregard for the information provided in the leaflet or on the packaging.
- Product package photos may in certain cases differ from the actual packaging due to changes introduced by the Producer.
- Certain product may be covered by a special offer. The promotional prices may differ from the purchase conditions specified in these regulations. The special offer is valid for a specified time and covers only products designated by the zdrowoteka.pl team. during the special offer, promotional product prices will apply. Zdrowoteka.pl will inform customers of special offer conditions via various communication channels.
- Products presented at the zdrowoteka.pl website are not a representation of the inventory of the Sonol Ltd. Company, they only constitute the offer of producers, with whom the company cooperates.
- Depending on the customer’s choice, the service www.zdrowoteka.pl will issue a cash register receipt or VAT invoice as product sale confirmation.
- The customer may introduce changes to the order up to the invoice issue time.
- Zdrowoteka.plreserves the right to refuse carrying our an order in the following cases:
- Doubts regarding personal data of the ordering party;
- Carrying out the order is impossible due to fault on part of the producer, distributor, or wholesaler;
- The product was recalled from sale in the territory of Poland;
- The addressees country has regulations forbidding import of products included in the submitted order (delivery abroad);
- The customer does not adhere to the regulations.
- Zdrowoteka.pl reserves the right to refuse carrying out the order for reasons of depleting the product stock, or if the product price presented in the offer is a result of an error or intentional actions by third parties. In such a case the sum paid by the Customer will be returned within 7 working days.
- In the event of not carrying out the order due to fault on part of the Customer, for example: providing an invalid address, unjustified refusal to receive the order, etc., zdrowoteka.pl reserves the right to charge the Customer with the order shipping costs, and in case of products, whose sale is impossible following the failed delivery attempt – the Customer will also be charged with the cost of the products.
- The ordered goods are delivered via specialized courier companies or the Polish Post. The Customer is charged with the delivery costs specified in the delivery price list. Delivery execution time = preparation time + delivery time. The delivery is assembled and sent within 24 hours. The time of delivery via courier depends on the competence of the courier company and is at least 24 hours. In case of deliveries via Polish Post, the approximate delivery time is 2-3 days. All above conditions apply only to working days. Zdrowoteka.pl does not take responsibility for the delivery time.
- Zdrowoteka.pl accepts the following forms of payment:

- Cash upon receipt – payable upon receiving the ordered goods.
- In accordance with the 2nd of March 2000 Consumer Right Protection Act (Dz. U. of 2000, No 22, pos. 271 with later changes), the customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 10 days from the package receipt date, maintaining the restrictions regarding medicinal products and medical goods. Medicinal products and medical goods may only be returned to the pharmacy due to quality faults or their improper release (Dz. U. of 2004, No 53, pos. 533 with later changes).
The condition of accepting a return is sending the product to the pharmacy in an unaltered state (in undamaged packaging, without signs of use) along with proof of purchase and guarantee card (for products to which guarantee cards apply). Compensation of the sum for the returned goods, after subtracting delivery costs, will take place within 7 days following receipt of the returned goods and will be payable to a specified bank account. The Customer bears the return shipment costs. - The Customer is not entitled to a complaint, if the product has apparent mechanical damage of external origin. Before accepting the delivery, the Customer is obliged to inspect, whether the packaging did not sustain damage during shipment. Special attention should be paid to the state of seals (tapes) pasted on the package. If the packaging has signs of damage, or if the seals (tapes) are torn off, the Customer is obliged to prepare a damage protocol in the presence of the courier and as soon as possible contact zdrowoteka.pl in order to clarify the matter. Preparation of a damage protocol upon receipt is an essential condition of considering any claims made by the Customer regarding damage or theft of the package’s contents during transportation.
In the event of identifying the abovementioned irregularities, another shipment of goods will be sent upon return of the faulty goods, or another form of complaint recognition will be applied to the given situation. - The Customer is obliged to submit all other complaints within 3 days following receipt of the delivery. The complaint will be examined within 3 working days upon receipt of the complained product, and the Customer will be immediately informed of the results.
The complained product should have an attached cash register receipt or VAT invoice, which will be subject to correction. The repeat shipment costs in cases of recognizing the complaint will be borne by zdrowoteka.pl.
In the event of a return of goods, zdrowoteka.pl will pay the Customer the equivalent of the costs within 7 days following receipt of the return. - Sonol Ltd. Company, the owner of the zdrowoteka.pl Internet service, ensures the security of all personal data received as a result of the conducted business activity in accordance with the laws currently in force (the 29th of August 1997 Personal Data Protection Act and its later amendments). Detailed regulations are specified in the Privacy Protection Policy of zdrowoteka.pl.
- The governing law for making purchases in the zdrowoteka.pl Internet service is the law of Poland, especially, the 18th of July 2002 Electronic Service Provision Act (Dz. U. of 2002 no 144 pos. 1204) the 6th of September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law Act (Dz. U. of 2001 no 126 pos. 1381).
- Civil code regulations shall apply in matters not specified in these regulations.
- These regulations specify the rules of making purchases at zdrowoteka.pl. Submitting an order is equal to accepting all provisions and information contained within.
